REFUNDS — CUTFAST

 

This section applies to CutFast, our Adobe Premiere Pro plugin. Our services are covered in their own section of this policy, and the terms below do not apply to them.

 

CutFast is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription.

 

14 DAY REFUND

If CutFast is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

The CutFast AI credits (the AI usage included with Basic and Complete) are part of the plan, not a separate purchase, so they are not refunded on their own and a refund does not depend on whether you used them. When a plan is refunded or ends, its credits end with it.

 

CANCELLING

You can cancel at any time. Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

 

RENEWALS

If you forget to cancel and are charged for a further month or year, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it, provided you have not used the plugin during that period.

 

BEFORE YOU BUY

CutFast requires Windows (64-bit) and Adobe Premiere Pro 26.2 or later. There is no Mac version yet. The AI features run on the AI usage included with Basic and Complete, so no API key is needed. Transcription works without any AI. Please check these before purchasing, as we cannot control your system requirements.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email premiere.plugin.by.almmedia@gmail.com with the email you purchased with. We reply within seven business days but typically aim to reply within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
